Charlie has more than a quarter century of experience with DoD financial management and systems implementation with the Department of the Navy and the USMC. Since joining Significance in 2018, Charlie has implemented robotic process automation (RPA) and Data Analytics/Decision Support competencies and led the teams that manage the Navy and Marine Corps’ financial systems integration and migration projects and implemented
Charlie completed his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Penn State University and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Boston University. His is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and his experience includes nearly 15 years with Marine Corps Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), with a focus on data standardization, reporting and continuous process improvement.
Process streamlining comes into play in his personal life, too—with six children, this dedicated family man knows chaos is inevitable and flexibility is required, which serves him well as he navigates complex challenges in his role at Significance.
